Technical Project Manager – Riverside, California – Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions for implementation of all business areas in the enterpriseManage business relationship associated to present and past projects taken up
- Follow a reasonably accepted communication plan for each project including communication with the development team
- Make extra effort to understand new applications involved in any given project
- Prepare project schedules and sprint plans by carefully collecting level of effort for each task
- Lead and coordinate applications and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate and test programs before formal launch
- Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
- Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any science discipline
- Must have 5 plus years of experience in managing small to medium size projects
- Must have reasonable knowledge of enterprise applications and their implementation methodology
- Must be PMP certified where CSM certification is a plus
- Must be willing to work onsite in Riverside for four days with one day from home
- Must have strong desire to grow horizontally first, followed by vertical growth
- Must understand good leadership principles
- Project management experience in retail industry is a plus
- Knowledge of any major ERP system like Oracle, SAP or D365 is a plus
- Knowledge of any MES, PLM, WMS or FPNA system is a plus
- Knowledge of DTC platforms, AWS and Azure is a plus
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
Salary:
$75,000 – $95,000 / year
