Senior Finance Business Systems Analyst – Riverside, California – Hybrid


  • Act as a business relationship liaison between IT and Finance and Accounting (F&A) teams to ensure all business needs are met.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions for implementation of all business needs.
  • Lead and coordinate F&A projects on both IT and Business side
  • Follow a reasonably accepted communication plan for each project including communication with the development team.
  • Make extra effort to understand new applications involved in any given project.
  • Coordinate and test programs before formal launch
  • Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
  • Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or computer science is preferred.
  • Must have 5 plus years of experience in developing and maintaining financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Must have knowledge of ERP and FPNA systems with finance and accounting domain.
  • Must have strong desire to learn new technologies including business intelligence and robotic process automation.
  • Must understand good leadership principles and have proven ability to manage small to medium size projects.
  • Must have ability to write SQL with confidence.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Riverside.
  • Experience in tools like D365, Power BI and Automation Anywhere is a plus
  • Ability to understand Excel Macros is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and retail industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential.
